Melissa George
Melissa George was born on 6 August 1976. George is a former national artistic skateboarding champion as well as a model. She started her acting career with Angel Parrish in Home and Away (1993-1996). George made her screen debut in feature films in Dark City (1998) after making the move to the United States. Then, she played supporting roles in Steven Soderbergh’s The Limey (1999), David Lynch's Mulholland Drive 2001, Sugar & Spice 2001, and Down with Love (2003).
George began her journey to leading roles following her role in the role of Kathy Lutz, in The Amityville Horror's remake in 2005. This was followed by a series of thriller and horror films featuring her, including Derailed (2005) as well as Turistas (2006). George also appeared in WDZ (2007) and 30 Days of Night (2007). Triangle (2009), A Lonely Place to Die (2011) and Felony (2013).
